However, would he make much difference if the people around him are corrupt even if he is the head of state. I may not need to be proven of his honesty, but I need to be proven of his political will to implement his values. That wont be easy. He needs to put things in action, I wonder how can a true gentleman make it so. Yet I'm still hoping if he wins, he would make a lot of change. I also wish I met him in person, maybe I'd buy for him. However, for people who have not met him personally, me and 99% (?) of the voting population, Noynoy would be a passive president... as he has not proven that he "CAN" put things into action. Though I believe that corruption is one of the many problems which needs to be addressed, I would rather go for somebody who would have the country earn Php 10M and pocket Php 1M for himself, than somebody who can't do anything at all.
